Marketing Manager at Sheridan Lifts and chief blogger!

Hello everyone!

After a lovely two-week break, we are back and raring to go for another great year in the lift industry. I speak only for the office staff of course, as our engineers were of course on call over the Christmas period and our managers here were only a phone call away should they be required too.

So, what’s new at Sheridan Lifts?

Well, the Christmas decorations are down for a start! The tree is put away for another year and Amanda and myself just about managed to finally untangle all the wires of the various lights in reception. So, we are now back to normality, which means the heating cranked up high to combat those chilly January days!

On the subject of chilly days, we have all donated lots of bags of warm clothing here for Big Coat Day – an event for the homeless and in need which is being held this Saturday at Broadhurst Park, home of FC United. Please do pop along and support that if you can.

So what else is new? Well, Adele and Nick have new puppies! They delighted us all this week by bringing in the newest members of their family to the delight of all the staff here. What better way to boost morale in January than by holding these gorgeous little fellows!

It also seems like most people are on the inevitable January diets to try and combat their Christmas indulgences, although a few boxes of mince pies and other festive leftovers have been spotted in the kitchen! Your secret is (kind of) safe with me…

Back onto work, the lift maintenance team, lift service and repairs team and the new lift sales department (as well as marketing) have all been focused on their annual reports for 2019 whilst studiously dealing with new enquiries and ensuring they are good to go for the new challenges that 2020 will be sure to bring.

So, if you are in need of reliable lift company then you know where to come. I’ve included our contact form below should you wish to get in touch with any queries.

Cheers for now!
