Managing Director of Sheridan Lifts

Hi there everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that Sheridan Lifts have taken appropriate action to make sure we reduce risk to our staff, suppliers and customers regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We have followed the advice from the UK Government, the World Health Organisation and Public Health England. The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers remain our priority, and therefore we have adopted working practices and introduced new measures to minimise business disruption. These measures are as follows:

· We are adhering to the Government’s guidance on social distancing, staff have been briefed on their activities at weekends

· Staff will be working from home

· We have made the decision to place a temporary ban on all face-to-face meetings. Meetings can however take place via phone call or via Skype.

· We will no longer be admitting visitors into our building, and all deliveries are being taken at the front porch. No signing is being deployed

Communications with our supply chain remain ongoing.

We have made arrangements with our engineers and office staff to allow secure and separate environments be they within a segregated office environment or from the comfort of their homes, to drastically reduce any risks associated with the spread of COVID-19.

We are still receiving enquiries for new lifts, modernisations and lift maintenance contracts and we are able to provide quotes by email.

Like everyone, we are actively monitoring the situation and if this changes we will notify you accordingly. If you have any queries regarding our services, please do not hesitate to contact us. We assure you that we will remain committed to providing your business with the highest levels of service throughout this turbulent period. We wish you all the best and thank you for your continued support.
