We have recently offered our OAP package deal for lift maintenance to a resident in need.

Mrs Janine Foster was with a company called Great British Stairlifts for 2 years. They looked after her home based stairlift and came to service the unit for her as part of a lift service agreement.

However, when the company ceased trading it plunged her into something of a quandry. Sadly, a by-product of them folding as a business was that she would be left without cover.

As Mrs Foster is a senior citizen, she is quite vulnerable and she turned to Sheridan Lifts for help.

We were only too glad to oblige.

Since receiving her request, we’ve attended her home and have serviced the asset and we now have her on board, as part of a goodwill gesture we will look after her lift for her going forwards. She sent us this letter to thank us, which I’m only too pleased to share here:
