A nice little story for a Friday…

I sat down with our Service Director Chris Chadwick and asked him about any unique projects he’d worked on recently for our newly relaunched blog.

Chris told us of a project a few months ago for a lady, one of our residential customers, which perhaps didn’t get the coverage it deserved at the time. Chris told us:

“I received an email off a disabled lady who has a platform lift in her home, we had been maintaining her lift for a number of years and she was always a pleasure to deal with.

She informed me that due to a change in her circumstances she could no longer afford to have her lift maintained and with regret had no option but to cancel her contract with us”

My heart went out to this lady and we sent her a heartfelt email telling her we want to look after her and offer the service agreement for free!!! For life!!! Her reply can be seen below:
