Sheridan Lifts Limited is an independent company offering all aspects of lift provision, these services include, Lift Installation, Lift Maintenance, Lift Repairs & Emergency Call Outs.

With  head offices based in Manchester, we are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to promote our business further within the southern region of the UK.

The Regional Sales Manager will be ideally located in or around the Watford area, As part of our growth plan for 2020 we are excited to announce that we will be opening a new branch office within walking distance of Watford Junction Train Station.

The Regional Sales Manager will be at the forefront of this growth plan and will be responsible for generating new business for our service division.

The Regional Sales Manager will be a self-starter and expected to hit the ground running, it is preferred that the Regional Sales Manager will already have contacts within both the public and private sectors and must have a proven track record of generating new business through multiple channels including cold calling and networking.

The Regional Sales Manager will be expected to build a database of potential clients and demonstrate a history of carrying out the full sales process from initial contact through to point of sale.

The Regional Sales Manager will report Directly to the National Sales Manager with pipelines and meetings.

This is a home/field based role and it is anticipated that 60% of time will be spent out visiting potential clients.

The Regional Sales Manager will be selling service contracts to multiple industries a full schedule of rates will be supplied to which are the most competitive within the UK.

A simple commission structure is in place and paid at monthly intervals.

A fully expensed company car is on offer with 20 days holiday per year plus public holidays.

The position of Regional Sales Manager has scope for progression for the right candidate, with opportunities to become Southern Service Sales Manager.

The Regional Sales Manager will ideally be within 0-25 miles of Watford Junction Train Station as once the new branch opens this is where the Regional Sales Manager would be expected to report.
