Located in the Metropolitan Borough of Wigan, Winstanley College is an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” sixth form Higher Education centre providing first class facilities, teaching and development opportunities to young adults.

We currently hold the maintenance contract on site for these 9 existing passenger lifts. Earlier this year, Sheridan Lifts were called in to assist with a lift maintenance project.

 

The college decided to upgrade one of their passenger stairlifts and Sheridan Lifts were employed to install a brand-new one which we sourced from Pollock Lifts.

As you can see from the pictures, the college now have a sparkling new facility.

 

The lift has now been handed over to the college and is in full working order, complete with 12-month guarantee.

We were able to turn this round very quickly for the client during the half term holidays.
