And Maureen wins the Rochdale community raffle!

Here at Sheridan Lifts, we do like to keep you all informed of the community projects that we get involved with as part of our ongoing commitment to the areas we operate and serve in.

Some of our latest projects include us being the main sponsor for Christmas Comforts 2020, a festive support programme being ran and organised by the guys down at FC United. We sponsored their event last year too and we are supporting them again next month as they look to provide food, clothing and shelter for the most vulnerable community members over the Christmas period.

We are proud to be able to support this scheme – especially this year when times have been so hard and so challenging for so many people less fortunate than ourselves. And it’s not just financial support either as in addition to our monetary committment, we will be arranging our own collection of clothes, toys and books ready to drop off at Broadhurst Park in advance of the events taking place.

Another community programme we run on a more regular basis is for our tenants at Rochdale Borough Council, for whom we hold the residential lift maintenance contract.

Each month we run a community raffle and this month, our winner was Maureen who is pictured here with her £50 voucher. Congratulations!

We hope this will come in handy for Maureen with Christmas fast approaching!

Recent projects include Lewis Gordon raising money for BEAT charity whilst other upcoming projects include our hand-written Christmas cards for tenants which we’ll be getting on with very soon.
